Who amongst us trains for a meet? after these holidays my stamina has dropped somewhat, and i need to work on my fitness to keep pace with the others, now i'm a fit guy but we play with people that are sexual athletics and the meets are long and intence. i am amazed at the stamina some people have, woman and men, now i'm not talking about just spreading legs and moving your hips, i'm talking about the real stuff, for me the sex is better when im at my best, who out there does nothing and get away with it, and who trains to pleasure,

    Back in my footballing days I found the best way to get fit for football was to play football, so it follows the best way to get fit for sex..............is to have heaps of sex. None of this cross training rubbish, just get in there and fuck     LOTS

    forgive me Ray, but i have this mental picture of you humping away, with the coach hunched over ya, stop watch in hand screaming c'mon Ray only 120 reps in the last minute, C'mon Ray i want to see 200 reps for the next five minutes....move that arse!!! with Mrs Sorrento passing the drink bottle and wiping your brough!     Hey Ray and Nev,   You guys are having fun together... mind if I join in ?   I'm with Ray on this one...kind of.   I'm watching my favourite T.V show, "Californication"... there's no way Hank could perform like he does without being fit !   I don't "train" for sex but there's a strong correlation between my sexual stamina and my fitness level AND personally, the more I train, the hornier I get !!  So, in a round about way I DO train for sex !   I like LONG vigorous sessions. I like to be able to move my legs into various positions, I like to be able to grasp the guy around his waist with my legs and do various things standing.  I can do a great position on the kitchen bench using a version of a tricep dip.   Seriously... there's LOTS the gym can offer !!! Perhaps gyms should use that as a marketing strategy.. sure beats viagra !   xxx Ms Saturn

    I am more of an octopus than a star fish !  An octopus moves a lot ... you need lots of stamina for all that movement.   Who me ?? Serious ! Are you joking !! noooo neverrrr that's such an insult !   As for the legs around the waist move... (1) it's great for flipping the guy over to a new position. He may be on top and I want my turn so I wrap my legs around and flip him over (like in wrestling)... yes, it usually surprises the guy ! (2) riding the guy standing up. I can be attached so to speak, back against the wall, legs off the ground wrapped around guys waist and squeeze my pelvic floor to add to the thrill.   I have a few other moves but don't want to give all my tricks away ! Then there will be no surprise and guys will ask for move no. 2 or the stand up fuck or something !     you see nev a girl like Saturn could snap a man in half with her legs, if you show up with for a nite with her you better be prepared for a work out especially if want to see the sequell. There nothing worse than a man trying to crawl his way to the door only to be draged back to the bedroom, screaming for this mum.

    Regular excersize is the way to go.I do 4-5 sessions a week, and that certainly helps the stamina and recovery... And all different positions.....   Cheers

    Funniest post I have eva seen on RHP. You make some valid points about being fit for sex, cos no-one wants to be puffed at the first hurdle, so to speak. But it's good to see some healthy discussion and a bit of piss taking.   Saturn 86, your legs sound amazing..... Strong and sexy!

    Hmmm well I am defiantly built for comfort not for speed and have for the last few months been spending a lot more time at the gym. Have to say it is paying off ....lot more energy .... loads more staying power in general. ciao Hermes

    cardio exercise what you need pushing weights aren't going make you last longer , i find boxing can get you fit real fast and great cardio, i use a personal trainer 1/2 hour 4days a week plus some weights, so Suturn bring it on!

    He he he... I'm there ! Name the time, place and BYO gym equipment.   You made me laugh soooo hard I nearly did a sit up !   I agree that boxing and martial arts in general are great for endurance and strength BUT being able to do one arm push ups helps a lot to !! Ohhhh and you need to build up those triceps... they really come in handy !   I LOVE a challenge.   Hugs... Saturn

    I'm a pretty fit guy but I wouldn't say I train for sex.  I have plenty of stamina and usually outlast the women I'm with and have no problems picking up the average sized women for some fun and crazy positions.  I really want to get back into Martial arts again and get into some Ju Jitsu to improve wrestling abilities for a little fun.

    If sex is exercise then why waste energy on exercise that is not sex? If you are doing the exercise to improve your sex?

    Sandringham is on the beach and is pretty nice...  Grandparents own a nice little 2 bedroom townhouse there which is empty most of the time.. hmmm might have to get the keys and check out the local talent. ;-)

    Yes XtremGuy... u r right in your location of Sandringham.   Most people will find me at the beach at 6.30am on a Saturday morning doing crazy stuff like running up and down ramps or stairs and doing push ups in the sand.  Anyone is welcome to join me !   Hey Trish, you should come to my gym... it's full of HOT bodies !!! I would say 80% of the people who train there already had hot bodies before they started... approx 60% of the men are great eye candy and probably 80% of the women ! Not that I look at the women... he he he !!   It actually depends on what time you train at the gym. If I was male, I'd try and train in MILF hour (ooohhh please don't slam me for using that word but that's what it is).  That's the hour between 9 - 10 am when all the hot mums drop off their kids at school and go to the gym.  They then sit at the cafe for the next hour drinking coffee and gossiping !!   If you're female and want to perve on the men then I'd train at night between 6-8pm.    Personally, I try and avoid all the "look at me" contests so train in the middle of the day or just before closing at around 9pm or sometimes early morning like 6am.   Ohhhh and does anyone want to know about what happens in the carpark AFTER the gym closes !!!     You do realise now that Sandy beach sat morning from 6:30am is going to be a cock-fest with about 100 guys running up and down stairs....  You will be able to run your own little bootcamp or reality show and send those packing who don't have the stamina to keep up.  I'm sure you can work out a grand prize for the winner.  I can just picture it now ... better head to beach after work and practice my sand sprints.

    that exercise makes better sexercise.   Kilee and I now train for all sorts of events, but it all started from trying to get a bit more fit for personal/sexual reasons...now the sex is awesome, and the stamina is great...you should try us sometime   Only downside is we take so much time training and in events that our spare time for swinging is reduced   Trev

    Hey Trish   I'm sure if you can't run there will be lots of hot guys prepared to carry you !   I do these freaky push ups with someone on my back... now that is a GOOD position with sex !  You look like the right weight for me to carry... so hop aboard, bring you camera and lets take some REALLY fun shots. I can also do threesome push ups if anyone wants to do some swinging exercise or is that swingercise ???   Xtremguy... seriously if ANY guy shows up at the beach AND can keep up with what ever I'm doing (I'm really not THAT fit or strong... just determined and persistent) then I'd be more than happy to spend time getting to know them better. Even if it's 100 guys.  Any guy that is fit AND gets to the beach at 6.30am on a Saturday morning wins my vote.   In fact... since most people know I've made some really bad choices in men, perhaps this should be my new strategy ? First meet could always be at the beach... if they keep up, then we can roll around in the sand for a bit.   Oh.. BTW... I won't actually be at the beach this Saturday.     I had already moved my plans so could be at beach at 6:30am... looks like I get a sleep in now and don't have to start the day till 8am... yay!  Might cya Saturday for some combat training.. I was looking forward to a cool down in surf though. :-(  Hmmm.  Does the gym have a sauna and cool down pool? hehe
