From MY point of view...I hate it! Have met up with guys that have them..but never ended up having sex or giving them a HJ at all! < Well it must hurt pretty bad even after you have had it in for a while .. Hi Mr NA, ive known two guys with piercings, I loved it they said yes it hurt getting them and they had to be very careful for first couple of weeks but after that theyd feel no more than if they had an ear pierced. One got no stimulation from his piercing except pleasing his partners more, the other loved it for himself as well as his partners extra pleasure. Hi Mr NA. I have two. I like them and wanted them for a long time before I got them. I wanted them even before I started having sex. The BMEzine wiki online is one of the best places to go to learn about them. I have what they a call a hafada, a piercing of the skin of the scrotum, and a lorum. Lorum itself is a variation of the piercing named the frenum - it's a lower frenum, viz. lorum. Some guys get them to enhance sensation for them and their partners. Mine aren't in the right spots to do that though my most recent gf said she could feel the lorum against her clit on the two times I convinced her to ride me reverse cowgirl. . Mine didn't hurt badly to get, they both hurt less than a tetanus injection. I had a tragus piercing (ear cartilage) first which hurt more and took ages to heal. In fact it never really healed completely so I took it out. I did however get the hafada piercing stretched up to the next gague size and THAT hurt. haha. It was the aftermath that was more painful than the piercing itself but I only really noticed it with the hafada because of where I had it placed I could feel it as I walked and it rubbed against my underwear. The lorum was much easier because it didn't get bumped as it was trying to heal. . The downtime wasn't too bad because I was single and on sexual hiatus when I got them. The downtime has been one of the things preventing me from getting another one, though I suppose I could have used the first four months I was a member of RHP. Compared to other piercings, Mr NA, genital piercings heal very quickly because there's a good blood supply to the area. And, er, if you can think of any way to increase blood flow to the area while it's healing, it'll heal faster. Whereas the ear cartilage has next to no blood flow and it took months and months to begin to heal properly the genital ones were mostly out of the woods after two weeks. . The most popular and well known is probably the Prince Albert aka PA. But that's one of the ones that appeals least to me. Folks swear it makes sex better but I still don't want to go there. I probably wouldn't pierce the glans head at all. If I did it'd be a fraenulum or a dyode or two. Which you choose would depend on what you're after. As I said, my two are aesthetic, they don't do a lot sensitivity wise. Whereas the PA, fraenulum, dyode and foreskin piercing would increase sensitivity for the receptive partner as well as rub against the glans head of the giving partner. Frenum piercings might feel good for the giving partner but I suspect they're mainly for the receptive partner. And hafada are really just aesthetic. If you want to try a piercing but don't want to go too hardcore, I'd suggest a hafada first. If you're uncut a foreskin piercing also heals quickly, can be taken out without leaving a whopping great hole and would go some ways to changing the sensation for both partners. But it's cheaper, easier to heal and a lot less invasive than the PA or any of the others near the glans head. . Everyone I've been with has found them interesting and commented on them positively. Though it's on my profile and I tell people about them so anyone who has a vendetta against them is going to be forewarned. As for FunLoving's warning, I play a sport where piercings aren't allowed and I haven't had a problem. I took out the tragus, as I said, but the genital ones aren't a problem. A groin guard completely covers and protects them. Occasionally my cat finds just the right place to stand on me when walking over my lap though and that hurts. haha. . I know a guy who got sub dermal implants while in Thailand. He had them as a spiral going all the way up the shaft. Traditional Thai implants were commonly done with pearls but the piercer he went to used some type of cheaper substitute and they eventually shattered and caused him all kinds of pain and dramas. So make sure you get surgical stainless and have it done by a professional piercer with experience in sub dermal penis implants if its on your to do list. Your bravery is admirable,I dont think i could put myself through it. (Mr)

I had my ball bag pierced didn't hurt having it done, but hurt like phucken hell on steroids when i ripped it out after getting it caught in a loose strand of a towell, didn't have it put back in though a little gun shy about it all now. I DID IT!!!. i got the frenum, on top, around about half way along (so it hits the g-spot everytime - maybe :D ) it didn't hurt too much, just like being stabbed in the cock - actually that sounds more painful. seriously tho. it was just a short sharp stab, no blood or anything... she had to use 12 gage surgical steel...now the only downside is that i have to wait a couple of weeks before i can test it out :( oh well..i'm happy with it, it looks goodMrNA
