  I wonder if it would work if you are able to post anonymously (or publicly if you're comfortable) into the many vanlife FB groups about this. Set up a free gmail account and ask people to send an email there if they are interested in chatting.

  You just post looking for a date on this app in the date section and say you are travelling? Whoever you are playing with locally doesn’t necessarily need to be in a van themselves?
