  The answer is something I do not know. I am not multi orgasmic and I often think that those that claim to be are talking the talk more than anything else. Yeah I know I know, everyone is now gonna tell you (and me) and everyone else that they can cum often, proof is in the showing I recon. I have only met one man who could cum more than once in the hour. My advice would be to ignore what every one else "says" they can do. This is the way you are. You have a great sex life. Dont worry about it. Peoplke say many things on this forum...most of it not exactly true. I find though that as I have aged sex has become less about the orgasm anyway. Not what you want to hear at your age though lol. The majority of men are doing exceptionally well if they manage to bring me to orgasm at all, let alone more than once.

  Sometimes i can do it and i just can't stop cumming and sometimes i'm a one hit wonder. I only became this way though AFTER i hit 38 - peak? Something like that. 38 and all of a sudden i was completely insatiable and every nerve ending was super sensitive. Sometimes i can just about cum if a cool breeze floats up my dress while going commando on a summers day, sometimes it's one HUGE one and i'm done. I'm just happy i can cum at all.

  While I'm not an expert, only being with a handful of women, I have to say this is very individual - for men it is a matter of stamina, a man has to be very fit to be able to control his blood pressure and core muscles long enough to saisfy a woman repeatedly in a space of few hours. I only had a couple of playdates - and those were with two ladies who were mutli-orgasmic and I could orgasm with them several times - but you'd need an hour or two to do that at my age ;-) My partner is as Fiona says satisfied once - this is fine, just leaves me hanging sometimes... but with age that does not matter as much as with her it is more about emotional bond through sex.

  Hi.. I totally understand what you are saying Cave Explorers. I cum the once .. if I am lucky, and not totally exhausted.. maybe again within say half an hour but then.. that's my lot. It takes a lot out of this little black duck.. to orgasm. I too agree with Fiona.. a lot of talk happens - how much of it is actually factual and how much is fancy.. well, who knows.   One day, when we have "aged sex" too, we'll be able to comment on how few orgasms we have, but in the mean time we'll just enjoy them all... Everyone's different, whether it be a physical or mental barrier which resrains us from experiencing what others do, surely it's innapropriate for those not in our shoes to call us fibbers....

  Source some literature about it. There's plenty about it and it's just too damn long to start a dialogue that would be comprehensive enough to describe the ways and means multiple/delayed/plateau/Gspot....and how they're achieved. You will find a way that works for you and your partner to enhance this area of your lives. Go for it. It will be fun and a journey of discovery.

  I never believed anyone could have multiple orgasms until it actually happened to me. Now I have multiples everytime. If I wait half an hour I can do it again but it takes a longer stimulation to get there. My partner is older than me and while he doesn't have multiples he can usually orgasm again after a short break.The older you get, the better it gets!

  Where did this 10minute thing come from. I know that the best cum (the first) when it is my turns - well thats the best and more likely/often to be a power thru.Where you cum and focus the sexual stimulation to maintain arousal. I am suew fitness and diet play apart as well as mental control.   I must be lucky with the few ladies I have had the pleasure to meet and no they haven't been young, mainly around my age. They have all been multi orgasmic, 6,7 or more times in an afternoon or evening.I know that as I get older that my recovery period takes longer so these days I get as much from having a woman orgasm as I do from my own and if they are continually on a high I get so much more from it.

  Im a guy - aged nearly 27 and there seem to be different things going on here. Male orgasms: 1. Apparently there are guys who find it hard to cum and so they resort to masturbation after some timein penetration. They call this a medical condition(forgot nam e) 2. Some guys just orgam so they plug in and just ejectulate inside a woman. Some might be considerate and some may not. 3. Some guys cum and recover from that (after a few minutes) and are ready again.   This definitely comes dow to the individual. I have recently started seeing a girl who can orgasm almost every couple of minutes...I'm not joking. That being said, she can only go for about 15-20mins before she is absolutely exhausted. I've never met anyone like her when it comes to the multiple orgasms...not even close.   I can't help you much with the male side of it. It's only happened to me a couple of times back to back without a break in between. The best I contribute is to wait 72 hours before having sex that is the amount of time it takes a man to build up a maximum sperm count.For her she has 3 options for orgasming the clitoral the G-spot and the A-spot( not necessarily the technical term someone will correct me)The clitoral is the obvious one however can be quite sensitive after you orgasm. The G-spot, which really does exist, to find it is the trick. It is approximately 20 to 30 cm inside the vagina on the "roof" of your vagina. If he places 2 fingers inside you, side by side, (one works as well) and curl your finger/s upward. Slowly work your fingers in a "cum hither motion" applying a reasonable amount of pressure. She can help adjust the pressure by pressing down with her hand from outside. After a few minutes you will feel 3 or 4 ridges appear, they feel a bit like scar tissue.
