I think most people have their own way of starting things that they become comfortable with and is their fall back. However everyone is unique and the fallback starter (for lack of a better description) may not always work with everyone depending on the individual &/or couple and the circumstances.

  If a man is direct straight up, it turns me off. It can come across as they are eay too keen, over the top. Its a red Flag to me. Sometimes I do not want to just keep it to the bedroom and want things to flow a-la-natural without the pressures, expectations or questions. Ms Foxy

  Back in the 80's and 90's we were into meeting guys for threesoms through local sex papers, this was B C (before computers) after making the initial contact and phone calls we would arrange to meet the guys at a local hotel in quite beer garden, and if all was OK we would return to our place for fun and games.
