Guest and members red screen

Can someone pls tell me what it means when I get a message and the person who had sent it has a Red back ground screen instead of white? Should I be concerned???

It's membership levels. Black ones are diamond membership and always stay at the top of your messages. It's kinda annoying. Ms Foxy
