  Werrong Beach is an officially designated clothing-optional beach around 30km from Wollongong.
  
  Because so many people incorrectly associate nudity / naturism with sex, they also see it as an invitation to engage in sex and or lewd sexual acts. The result of this, is that most, if not all, clothing optional beaches have become over run with males looking for a piece of action. This has resulted in many single females, and couples, being harassed, stalked and generally feeling unsafe. Many legal clothing optional beaches have had their status removed and have effectively been closed down due to lewd & unacceptable behaviour.
  
  The laws that apply to normal clothed beaches, and all public places, also apply to clothing optional (nude beaches). Lewd sexual acts are deemed a punishable offence, even on a clothing optional beach.
  
  The golden rule is “Behave as you would on a normal clothed public beach”
  
  In your post you state “ we are looking to swing too during the visit ”. It is expectations (and posts) like this that encourage more people to break the law and behave in an unacceptable manner on a clothing optional beach. Your post will most likely result in a flood of “single” males from this site now wanting to also visit that beach, hoping to have sex with you, adding more fuel to the fire.
  
  
  Your chances of “swinging” with a couple on the beach would be very slim . Instead you may very well find yourselves surrounded by masturbating males.

  We love the freedom of being able to swim & sunbathe nude, on a beach. It is a very liberating feeling.
  
  If we get approached and harassed (which generally happens a lot) then we have to tell the bloody meerkats to “F off” and or we phone the police.
  
  We and others are protected by the law. The beach (both clothed & nude) is a public beach. People with families also are allowed to visit the nude beach. The beach is legally gazetted to be nude on only. It is not legal to behave in an unacceptable manner.
  
  Some (mostly the meerkats) would argue that if we go to a clothing optional beach we must accept that we are going to be harassed. This attitude is not acceptable.

  Nude beaches are for being nude at without harassment ,not sex or as you put it swinging ,that is what has gotten most of the nude beaches shut down

  Washaway was a date I went on some years ago. It was really quiet and we had an amazingly fun date although we took it home to fuck.
  
  Oddly I’ve only ever had sex on non-nude beaches as I think it’s paradoxically more acceptable than on nude beaches.
