To begin with we will be operating out of a house, looking around the Vic Park area when I next come down to Perth. Looking at a membership fee which would have options to pay monthly through to annually, membership would give discounted or free access to venue, drinks, toys etc... Members will have to be prepared to be tested for STI's on an ongoing regularly basis probably quarterly.

All Comments are valid, guys are definitely a part fo the mix especially as I've noticed alot don't cater for bi guys, Bi girls are OK coz the hetro guys aren't put off by that "apparently". There will be different nights to cater for different group specialties there will be some ground rules established however these would be subject to change if sufficient input is recevied from the membership. It is going to be an interesting and fluid experience I think.

Prepared to be tested for STD's....in this day and age you should be encouraging all members to use protection at all times We would be looking at both options a tagging process i.e. wirstbands on particular nights/events would allow people to be identified as those that have accepted the regular testing and other commitments in line with the policy. We will however have condoms available for use of those wishing to use that option. My aim is to provide a process by which adults can make informed decisions and have multiple choices available to them. Our main aim is to facilitate a fun and entertaining environment.

Im sure there would be a demand for such a commune.Allow me to comment without judgement or prejudicial. You idea of a house in / near Vic Park, - location wise is central and easy access from north and south.Whilst it may seem a good location the issues you will have in a residential area will be the zoning and activities conducted in the house. All it will take is some complaints from neighbours, or anti bisexuals and you have a council that will have to respond to the complaintant.Check the zoning and consider if this will be an issue. there are other options.

Hi Yes I would like to become involved- however, I DO HAVE TO AGREE WITH Fourhands comments 100% - to encourage ANY form of unprotected sexual encounter is completely and totally irresponsible - it should be made MANDATORY for protected intercourse for both male and female, and condoms and dental dams supplied.To ask that we wear some form of tag and supply personal details to a stranger - not my idea of a good idea - can be open to abuse and blackmail - not saying you're that type, but hmmmmmm I think you need to rethink every thing.Myabe I'll get an invite, after my comments, and maybe I wont. Sounds like a superb idea, personally I think that the condom issue is a case of over thinking, don't think that many swingers would find in protected sex a good idea in this setting - I'd not play with anyone who didn't want to use protection! Personally, if it was me, I would leave it alone as an issue and let those there work it out for themselves, never heard of it being an issue in the clubs I have been too - I think people are adults about it! But as I said, I am very very interested, give me an invite and I'm there opening night ;)

Yeah I've started looking at properties. However two delays at the moment:- 1) The other person which was going to run things whilst I'm up north has pulled out, so looking for someone else at the moment. 2) Still based up north at the moment should be starting 2 & 1 rotation in may.

Probably looking to go straight to a commercial site a bit more private, less conflict etc... Looking on the net over the next couple of weeks for locations then checking out when I'm down on the 21st. I should have profiles on a couple of sites by then as well just trying to think of a name COB Come On Bi is one that's sticking at the moment. Open to suggestions.
