Hoping to lose a few extra kilos of fat for our 3 weeks in Queensland and Passion in Paradise coming up in 4 weeks.
We had an InBody scan this week and we're doing alright - Fred is 11,9% body fat and Ginger is 17% body fat.RHP User

I wish cold water was the only thing stopping me from swimming. Between crocs, sharks and stingers it's a bloody lottery 😂🦈

I have marathons in October, December and January. Train for them, strength work and a healthy diet. Hiking, martial arts, fun, family friends , adventure, sexy times

Absolutely none, lol. I somewhat envy people who enjoy exercise but I’m definitely not one of them, sex and work are the only exercise I get and I’m ok with that...I’m not ok with my slowly expanding midsection though so maybe I’ll give Mr Dragon a break and start riding a bike at some point...but probably not..

Summer = off season (football) so sun, surf, beach and anywhere outdoors!

Life is 365 days a year. I aim to be fit everyday not just a few months of the year. Your body needs a year round routine otherwise it's too hard and you expand.
Seems everyone puts on a several kilos over winter, take a few off for summer. A few seasons later.....Time to change that profile body description.....RHP User

Totally agree Anniewhicheay
I ride the pushy 3 times a week and ride recreational or race my dirtbikes on Sunday in winter , summer Is off season for dirtbikes so o ramp up the cycling to 4 days a week do 5km parkrun on Saturday morning and add a gym routine through the summer
I just like the challenge I put to my self, it’s a stress relief and it’s not about having a perfect body cause it isn’t perfect 😁 its just the way o like spending my time it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s my cup of tea 🤗Missb4u

I have goals but they aren’t specific to summer. I have some competitions coming up so I need to get some extra training in to lock down technique and increase fitness.
I’ve joined an online coach for extra assistance and will be working in open gym time to his program while continuing my regular gym classes.
My goals are to always be a better version of me but that’s all an all year round thingRHP User

As we start to get a little older 😜😂🥵 we are more focused on keeping mobile and flexible. This means trying to do something active everyday - walking, taking stairs where possible, parking away from main exits and training etc we prefer CrossFit as our preference and enjoy the many movements and techniques- never to old or late to learn 🤙

Having recently quit my day job I've become liberated from the regime of work boots and some remedial work is needed. A physio once told me that I should walk in bare feet more often to help counter the effects of work boots. The physio called work boots foot coffins! As we've recently moved house there are a number of things to encourage me to to do the bare foot thing, I've already hardened up enough to walk to the beach from home bare foot, not much of an achievement given that it's only a few hundred metres, but a good start anyway. The new house has a back yard which is quite big and very steep so there's the walk up to the back fence and back down, the reward will be the ocean views from up there.

Barefooting excessively causes more issues than work boots. Namely arch problems.
