Have only been once. Well run. Nice bar and pool table area and lounge. The main play room is way smaller than OSS. 4-5 couples is crowded. And not much room for voyeurs. Several smaller rooms for 2-3 couples. Swing with viewing glass window.

We've been a few times. Play area is not as expansive as OSS. However bar and pool area are nicely set out. Crowd has been excellent on the occasions we've been. No hesitation to go back or recommend.
