Ask Sam: Performance Issues

My wife and I have have some swinging experience, but I have found that my arousal levels have not been adequate when there has been a four in play. I only seem to get half an erection at best, which is very disappointing to both myself & the women I am with. Fortunately I am quite skilled in oral sex, but obviously that is not quite enough to fully satisfy a woman's needs. I have no such issues when having sex with my wife, as we have a very successful sex life, and I am always hard for her. Have you any suggestions what I can do as we do enjoy swinging and would like to continue with it. Many men would sympathise with you! Swinging may sound utterly horny on paper but many people experience the same frustrations in practice...
