Holidays in the swinging world are a little trickier than your standard getaway. Finding lifestyle friendly venues that attract like-minded souls has never been easy, that is, until now!

The Player’s Mansion is Queensland’s, and perhaps Australia’s newest and most luxurious destination for hot-blooded guests wanting to get it on in lush surroundings.

The stunning property which features everything from an underground play dungeon to a gym and pool side party area was recently opened by proprietors Chris and Emma Doolan and it’s already creating a buzz around the scene in QLD and abroad.

We recently had a chat with Chris about The Player's Mansion and the kind of experience it can offer our beloved RedHotPie members!

RHP - Where is the property located?

Chris - The property is located in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland, Mt Nathan, only a 15 minute drive from Broadbeach, 20 minutes from Surfers Paradise and half an hour from the Gold Coast airport.

Where did the idea for such a unique property come from?

We have been in the scene for 6 years; we’ve traveled to different parts of the world and stayed at some 5 star swinger resorts, be we haven’t found anything like this in Oz. We feel many people are looking for a real get away, where they can relax, swing and play, in complete privacy with like-minded people.

What are some of the property’s best features?

The view of Surfers Paradise at night is to die for, the relaxing Spa, enjoying a cocktail on the sun lounges by the pool on a sunny day and the dungeon built under the house in the rock wall, it gives players a place to lose themselves in complete privacy for hours. Oh, did I mention the Sunrises over the Gold Coast Skyline? Simply breath taking!

How many people can the property host?

We can accommodate up to 6 couples, we can host parties up to 100 people. We have a 2-bedroom villa that can sleep up to 6 people and 3 other king size rooms.

What sort of adult events have you hosted thus far?

We held a New Year Eve Party last year called Playboy Mansion Party; we had a full house. We have also hosted a number of other parties including swinging birthday parties. Most functions are around 50 to 60 guests.

What sort of people is the mansion catering for?

We cater for people who want to have an elegant and sexy place to go, a place they can go and play with other sexy couples and not worry about a thing. From food, drinks or even sensual sex on the sun lounges by the pool, we want people to leave with memories that will last a lifetime. Our swinger’s retreats run for 3 to 4 days with everything included.

What can guests expect from a stay at Swinger’s Mansion?

The swinger retreat is 5 Star experience with everything included, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, cheese and fruit platters during the day. All alcohol is included - house spirits, white and red wine, Champaign and beers. Also included is a Limo or Hummer transfer to and from other great swinger hot spots like Chateau Vino and Mike’s Place on Friday and Saturday nights. And of course, guests have full use of the dungeon, Billiard Room, Gym and Media Room

What is the sexiest moment you’ve witnessed at Swinger’s Mansion?

There has been many sexy moment’s at the Mansion, from fun in the hot tub, to crazy sex games and hot sexy guest's enjoying the sunshine naked by the pool with not a care in the world.

Is the mansion just for swingers?

We offer relaxing a get-away for everyone, be they swingers, vanilla, gay, straight… everyone enjoys a little relaxation!
