Perth party people… there’s a new player on the scene!
When it comes to adult soirees, there are a few elements that are essential, and it seems Perth’s hottest new event promoters, Private Parties are experts at bringing all these sexy ingredients together.
We recently caught up with Private Parties director, Gavin Parish to have a chat about the company, their history and the massive bash they’re hosting on October 18th at Perth’s uber-chic BamBOO, the Perth Erotic Ball! The theme – Gangster and Burlesque… yes please!
RHP - Hi Gavin, so The Perth Erotic Ball sounds like an absolute spectacular, can you tell us what people can expect?
Gavin Parish, Private Parties - It’s not just going to be Perth’s biggest meet and greet and party, its going to be mixed up with a host of fun, crazy and of course sexy events. We have fire dancers, roving magicians, burlesque and adult dancers. One of Perth's Best DJ's is there to get you dancing, BamBOO is an amazing location for the Ball and their bar crew are known for the best cocktails in Perth. The event will suit every level from first timers wanting to dip there toe to the experienced swinger wanting it all! With a two-hour after-party available on the Lust Boat, all is there to be had.
For those punters who want the best of the best, you have a VIP option on the night; give us the skinny on that.
Our VIP option is going to be so crazy and sexy. VIPs will be picked up from the Hyatt is a stretch Hummer to go on a 1hr party cruise around Perth, before arriving at the Ball in true style with red carpet, priority entry to the event. This is followed by limo pick up and drop of to the exclusive Lust Boat after-party where we will dance and play into the night.
And the after-party, it’s headed to the Lust Boat; we’ve heard some of your recent sea-going parties got super X-rated, tell us what the lucky VIP after-party attendees can look forward to.
Yeah, the vessel, Marine One, or as we call it "The Lust Boat" is not just Perth’s best party boat with two huge decks, DJs and crazy lighting, it is the ultimate Swingers playground! The bottom deck is were you can dance, drink and play and the top deck is your full blown play deck with lounges and space to get it on! There are only 60 tickets available for the after-party but if you miss out we are hosting our Overcoats and Underwear swingers party on 29th Nov.
Can you tell us a little about your company, Private Parties, how you began and how you’ve grown the brand and your events.
Private Parties has slowly grown over the past couple of years. We loved going out to events but sometimes found that something was missing and that it needed an edge, We started with hosting small events and over time they have grown and grown. We love putting a classy, sexy and sensual feel into our events and always giving the party goers a ‘WOW’ experience. We have many years in the hospitality industry and a lot of great contacts to make our events fantastic. We have been lucky to have RHP as our major sponsor and look forward to launching our website soon.
What do you think the secrets to a supremely sexy party are?
An air of class is always the best start, great environment with great people; the right balances as well, we always have the same ratio of men to ladies. We like to create experiences that don't happen every day and we like to make the party an attack on the senses.
What’s the sexiest scenario you’ve ever witnessed at one of your events?
It would have to be on one of our Lust Boat cruises, we had play areas set up in cabins below, however it was a warm night so playing was going crazy all over the boat. There was a very sexy lady on the front deck with her arms on the anchor winch while her man made love to her. The site of the two of them was incredible; the flight deck of the boat had turned into one big play with girls and guys having the sexiest of times!
What are some of the events Private Parties have thrown recently?
We’ve thrown limo trips thru the Swan, VIP dinner parties with private chefs, lots of wine and of course each other! Mile high flights and as we’ve discussed, our renowned Lust Boat cruises. Keep an eye on RHP events page for what’s coming up!
How exclusive are your events?
Our events aren’t for everyone and depending on the party, the numbers change. We have had events for 5 couples and had 100 apply. We also at times host invite only events.
Who’s attending your parties? Can you give us a breakdown off the crowds you’re attracting?
We find that our parties suit couples and singles. Ages between 18 and 45 are the norm, but again it depends on the event
How would you describe the adult party scene in Perth?
Perth’s party scene is growing and it is needed! The best way to make it grow and have more parties is to attend, party and play.
