Depends on how much privacy I have, I'm a screamer, can hear me down the road 😎 and also how much action I have with others, which at the moment is zero, no bloody time. I would think any amount is healthy and 'normal' as long as it doesn't affect their everyday routine, ie. work, school, housework, feeding kids lol, etc.

Depends on time of month, I get extremely horny on day 28 for some reason and cannot get enough. Sometimes up to five times a day for a few days then I stop. No such thing as 'normal'. However, if it is not getting in the way of life then as often or as little as they want.
It all depends on how much 'action' I get plus how stressed I am or how tired I am. Usually once daily but sometimes more and sometimes less. Sometimes with a partner looking on - if they are interested :)

Probably averages out to once a day. Some days it can be multiple times, and other days I'm too tired, stressed etc.
